Gold prices in Pakistan stayed steady on Thursday, maintaining the same level after experiencing a decline over the previous two sessions. The price for 24-karat gold remained at Rs239,200 per tola.
During the previous week, 24-karat gold witnessed a decrease of Rs6,400 per tola. This decline contributed to a cumulative loss of Rs14,200 per tola or 5.63% over the span of two weeks.
The Karachi Sarafa Association provided updates on gold prices, stating that the price of 24-karat gold stood at Rs205,075 per 10 grams. Similarly, 22-karat gold was priced at Rs187,986 per 10 grams.
In the domestic market, silver prices remained unchanged, with 24-karat silver being sold at Rs2,620 per tola and Rs2,254.8 per 10 grams.
On the global scale, international spot gold traded close to $2,308.14 per ounce, showing a marginal decrease of 0.03% compared to the previous closing price.
